Kids can experience the benefits of yoga through breathing exercises, yoga poses, creative activities and music. Children will explore yoga postures to help them feel grounded, find balance in their mind and body and foster their own creativity. Through yoga postures and breath awareness, they will build strength and endurance in the body, increase self-awareness, experience relaxation, and build confidence.
