Being a full time athlete, I was struggling with flexibility and constant niggling muscle injuries. I started doing yoga with Lindsay and it has helped me a lot. I feel much more flexible, stronger and energetic than I did before. She has been patient with me as I tend to be very tight all the time as I coach and play 7 days a week.
