I must admit, I ended up purchasing this set over others because of the color. I needed it for my P90X workouts. I knew it would blend with my living room when I am unable to put it away. The quality of the products are excellent. The only thing I would like, is if the mat were a bit thicker. But overall, as a beginner I would purchase it again.
One note: the block is definitely rectangular, not simply 4″ square.
