This wedge has been a great aid for many yoga poses. I use this yoga wedge under my heels when squatting and under my hips in forward bends. It also helps reliving extra pressure off my wrists in downward dog. The shape of this one allows me to do all of these things without it moving or sliding away from me. My hands and feet can stay put as necessary too.

I use this to help stretch my calves after running.
It is amazing.
It supports my heels till I am ready for a deeper stretch.
And definitely helps me get rid of any pain in my calves after running

This is a different sort of wedge but I actually prefer using it.
I got it for under my heals like advertised and the flat top really works well for that.
It helps me stay focused and soft in poses where my legs aren’t flexible enough without it.

This is an interesting wedge.
Being used to a curved top wedge the flat top took some getting used to.
But I really like it now and it does work with the contour of my body in certain poses.
I like it and get good use out of it.

The flat top makes it difficult to position your hands comfortably, and the edge cuts in to your behind when you sit on it. I plan to replace this wedge with a standard one without the flat top. Even for the lower price (than the standard wedges), this is not a good purchase.
